Mineola League of the Arts (MLOTA) is a nonprofit community arts organization that holds a one-week kids' summer art camp in July (9 a.m.-noon, half-day), followed by a week-long teen art week. Campers explore a culture-based, hands-on program spanning quilting, sewing, painting, woodburning, printmaking and baking, held at the MLOTA center in downtown Mineola.
