Mimbres Christian Camp is a small Christian overnight camp in the Mimbres valley about an hour northeast of Silver City, operating since 1972. Set among trees beside a creek with rustic cabins and a mess hall, it offers faith-based summer sessions including a Junior Camp for ages 8-11 plus teen and family camps, capped at around 40 campers for a close-knit experience.

★★★★★J HeroldThis is an awesome Christ centered place in the mountains to relax leave the world behind and focus on your relationship with Jesus Christ and build upon old friendships and build new ones with sisters in Christ from the southwest area of New Mexico and El Paso Texas. It lasts from Friday until Saturday afternoon they have cabins with bunks to sleep on and a shower room divided into men's and ladies sides the meeting room/mess hall is very nice and can accommodate quite a few people The food is prepared and served by an awesome kitchen crew.there is a new speaker every year who speaks on a chosen Scripture from God's Holy Word there is also music a craft small group devotions a time to relax and play games there is also free time to visit with other sisters This retreat is something I definitely look forward to every year.
