I have been a loyal member to this gym for about 4 years. The staff has been extremely nice and respectful. However, i have seen alot of people do photography/videoing in the gym and not get in trouble. I had to record my workouts to send in for something that was required… well the second i got to this guy there named Kevin approached me saying i cannot record there. Mind you i had a mode on to where only i was seen and there has been plenty of videoing there and this was my first time. So if you want/need to record your gym journey, this is not the place. The guy did not approach in the nicest manner and i tried to be as respectful as i could but kevin was not too respectful. Will be finding a new gym soon due to this.

I don’t leave too many reviews, but I’ll just let you guys know about the experience my 6 year old had during her 4 days at the summer camp. Day one was GREAT. I felt a little off cause I didn’t receive any information about what’s going on that week, and what days I needed to bring what. Luckily I had packed her swimming stuff since they swim on Mondays… Day two . She has a good day, but some kid stole her snack and the staff couldn’t explain to me where the rest of her money went from the ice cream truck.. so I mentioned it to the staff . Keep in mind .. still no calendar or anything stating what we needed this week Day 3… I pick her up and she’s completely defeated. She tells me that she was one of the only children that didn’t have a white shirt and didn’t get to tie dye so they made her sit there and watch the other kids participate in this activity (keep in mind I work right down the street and no one told me I needed to have her a shirt nor did they call and ask if I can bring her one since I still have no calendar or news letter on what’s going on) and the icing on the cake she said they put her in a life jacket that was too tight and she could barely breathe in ( my child is a high risk asthmatic) Friday (she didn’t go Thursday) I addressed this with Madison and she had told me it was all my child’s fault on everything that happened to her. She’s six… she shouldn’t be managing her own money, she shouldn’t be responsible in telling me she needed a white shirt to tie dye and she shouldn’t be responsible in making sure she was safe in the pool. I really thought this is what I spent all this money on was to make sure my child had a stress free, safe, & fun summer. I wouldn’t recommend to ANYone. Especially if you’re opinionated and have a young child that’s not familiar with this YMCA

I don't go here, but my daughter does and she loves it! I do love that it's a safe and secure facility to leave her without worry. It has great workout equipment for a broad age and weight range. She also mentioned that the employees are all very friendly and helpful.

Milan YMCA is a great facility. They have all the amenities you would find at the other gyms. The cost per year is what most gyms charge per month. Staff is very friendly and the facility is very clean. I highly recommend Milan YMCA!

This is a really nice facilty. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. The childrens' play area is nice and clean. The gym equipment is new, clean, and well maintained. The locker rooms are well taken care of. Nice selection of classes offered. Several perks for being a member. Low monthly fees. My family has belonged to other name brand high price gyms and this one is just as good if not better. Simply can't be beat for the price. Love the fact that we can go to Trenton too and use their pool during the summers!!!! Highly recommended.
