I pulled my daughter out of cheer here as the team had basically disbanded and she joined legacy. MEGA continued to charge me the full monthly rate. For the next several months. I finally took a day off from work and showed up in person and spoke with a new girl that canceled her membership and had me sign a sheet saying they would be refunding me approximately 840$. I have never received the refund and I have called and left multiple messeges yet again to no response. So it looks like I'm gonna have to take another day off from work and show up again. It's very upsetting and I don't want anyone else to have to deal with the situation iv felt with.
