5 years with MSA and it only gets worse! No one answers the phone, their office hours are set intentionally and by design to be during the rest of the world's work hours. I have been in the office while they ignore phone calls. I have knocked on the door during their works hours and waited outside for someone to answer, after a 15 minute wait outside someone finally showed up, unlocked the door and let me in. GUESS WHAT the manager was there in her office the entire time. WE VOLUNTEER OUR TIME for these kids, THEY get paid to ignore us. OUR KIDS DESERVE BETTER!

I don’t recommend this place AT ALL. I applied my son early and they informed us they still had no coach for his team. My son’s dad said he was INTERESTED in the roll. We could no longer do it due to personal issues. They assumed he was going to be the coach without even approving the background check, and we didn’t fill papers out or anything. The last week before the season starts they ask if he was still going to coach. They let all this time pass without even finding back up. Then proceed to not inform us if they had found a coach or not and started the season. Still have not heard anything from them, nor have I seen a refund. I understand it’s based off volunteers, but communication goes a long way and this place lacks it.

If your views don't align with sitting board members they will cast you out of their board and make up lies to make you look like the bad guy I have supporting documentation. I'm serious.... I'm telling you from self experience. The organization and its payed employees are great, it's the board members that run it that ruin it because they are only doing it for their own agendas and personal interests... I suggest if you want to know how the board members run the organization you look at the minutes from each board meeting, it's on their website. If you post something of actual truth on their Facebook page (and they don't like the bad press or aren't fans of free speech) they will delete your comments. If you have issues with this organization, report it to North Texas Soccer, this is who they answer to, anything less will be swept under the rug.

Poorly ran association . Daughter was supposed to start soccer this season and was told she would be put in a team by 8/15 today is 8/22 and nobody has got back in touch with me or has my daughter been put on a team . Nobody will answer or email me back for a refund . Hard being a single mother trying to keep ur kids busy with extra curriculums and someone comes and easily takes $85 of yours for nothing . Do not recommend.

I registered ours in June as soon as registration opened up. In mid August I went to the office because we had yet to be notified when my son would be on a team, who his coach was or anything. I was told by the lady in the office that if we did not receive a call by the 24th then I could come back then and find out what had happened. At 6:00 pm of the 24th we signed our son up for flag football and parkour. At 8:45 pm as we were heading to bed my husbands phone rang and it was the coach Javier. The coach apologized for the late call but said that he recently had added our son to his team; the same team of boys he has coached for two years. He then asked how much our son has played to which I let him know it was just a few weeks at the YMCA. The coach then said there would be practice at 6:30 and would text me where. As of this posting that text still hasn’t happened. My husband and I went to the MSA office today and were given the phone number of the President when we inquired about a refund. My husband left a message which was later returned only to let us know that even though we still didn’t have all the information and had been notified so late that we would not be refunded. This seems to be a very disorganized organization and have a hard time believing that in this day and age there is such a lack in communication.
