Despite never being late and my father-in-law unexpectedly being in the ICU for the last week, they would not waive $40 in late fees for being 1/2 day late to register. There was zero compassion or empathy. If it wouldn't break my daughters' hearts to not play soccer with their friends, today would have been the final straw.
★Mr Martinezafter that I order my sons uniform the lady told me that is gonna be ready today Friday march 7 and I called to make sure if that is ready to pick it up and the lady treated me so bad saying that I didn’t order nothing how I told her that I have the receipt and I gave her the receipt number and she say, well I forgot to submit it so it’ll be ready next week some time, so my son is not gonna be able to play his first game of the season tomorrow, just because she don’t want to do her job and have a bad attitude, I will try to contact her manager or supervisor
