Metro Summer Program

This was a great summer camp. We were referred by our neighbors who enroll their two kids every summer. Our son has had a blast. He does not want camp to end this week. We signed him up for three days a week, but he complains on the days he doesn’t get to go to camp. We will definitely enroll him for the summer of 2025. Highly recommend!

We have heard great things about this program from friends of ours, so we signed our 7 year old up for the entire summer and he’s having a blast so far. Two weeks in and I feel great about him being mentally and physically engaged, there are field trips every week, and he’s making a ton of new friends. From a parent drop off/pick up angle, there’s no extra charge for early drop off or late pickup, so that’s awesome. Couldn’t be happier with this program so far!

My daughter joined Metro back in March. We have LOVED it! She has had a great experience. The kids are kind but even more so the coaches are patient and kind. They’re helpful with the kids and great working with all ages. They teach them to be strong, confident, disciplined, and kind. They lead by example. The owners are great and very willing to talk with you and and work with you and answer any and all questions. They also teach more than just jiu jitsu. They teach character. Great programs, great prices, great coaches!

My 10 year old son will be attending his third year of metro Summer Camp next year. It's an outstanding program that tends to all ages. The kids are constantly kept busy with fun activities everyday and field trips everyweek, Even the staff (coaches) I could tell took pride, great care and joy in their positions setting great examples for the kids to follow. My son always couldn't wait until the next day of camp. And most importantly each school year he started with confidence and the ability to walk up to any kid his age and make friends. Great summer program I'd recommend to any parent.

My daughter is 12 years old. She is an only child. Our whole family are considered overweight and not very active. This summer was especially important for me to find a physical camp for my daughter to attend. She was sitting home on the couch from morning until bed time. I really started to worry about her health. A co-worker drives past Metro every day on the way to work. She told me about the camp. I admit, I was really unsure how my couch potato would like such a physical camp. Her and I made an appointment and talked with Coach David. We decided to give it a try. The camp has exceeded expectations. My daughter is excited to go to camp. She has opened up and talks more. She has more confidence. I am so glad we jumped in and gave it a whirl. The Coaches are very nice and my daughter really enjoys camp. I don't have to fight her to get up in the morning. We have noticed she has slimmed down a bit also. We are very happy with our experience. Thank you so much for all your efforts. We are going to look into evening classes to keep her going throughout the school year.
