Powered by GoogleOur first experience with Metro was seamless and very positive. Unfortunately, within the last week, our opinion has changed drastically. Our six- (almost seven-) year-old son was assessed at a level placing him with children two years younger. When we asked for clarification, we were told that he had repeatedly asked to sit with his parents during the assessment. We explained that we were not present at the assessment, which made that explanation concerning. We were then told he was not placed on a team with his friend because we had not made that request during registration. After providing a copy of our registration confirming that we had, in fact, made the request, we were informed that the employee did not have her computer with her when she initially told us otherwise. After numerous back-and-forth emails, I asked whether she was certain she was even referring to our son, given the multiple mix-ups already mentioned (and others not detailed here). That question was never clearly answered. A refund was eventually offered. Given how this experience began — with misinformation, shifting explanations, and no sincere apology — we decided to accept the refund. We have heard many positive things about Metro and previously had a good experience ourselves. However, this recent situation has left us deeply disappointed. Unfortunately, one employee’s handling of the matter has significantly impacted our family’s perception of the organization.
My toddler started weekly soccer classes and loves it! They have so many fun ideas to get the kids moving and learning. Very impressed and will continue to sign him up.
Lovely Complex for volleyball and soccer, but they need a little more parking and the air conditioning needs to be fixed. It's a great place to go watch your children or your grandchildren.
Very nice facility with indoor volleyball, soccer, and roller derby. Always kept clean, and plenty of space to move around.
I usually go for the wrestling events. They have cheap beer and great staff at thr concession stand. Always a fun time but bring a chair cause seating may be limited.
