Mesquite Aquatic Center is a City of Gilbert municipal outdoor pool, not a kids summer camp. Everything was closed and shut off and the doors to go in were locked. Is it open or not?My kid was pretty disappointed that we had to quickly find another pool to go to because this one was close.
