I went in to register my 2-year-old and 4-year-old, but the experience was really disappointing. The owner pulled out paperwork right away and started talking without giving me a chance to ask any questions. Every time I tried to ask how many times a week the classes are, she interrupted and kept talking over me. The whole vibe was like, “Don’t bother asking questions, just contact my personal phone if you’re curious.” There was no explanation—just an attitude of “register if you want, if not, whatever.” I had high expectations because it was recommended to me, but honestly, it wasn’t a good experience.

We are grateful for Melissa and her staff, as they have really helped my kids (ages 3-6) in growing in confidence, skill, and strength. Melissa is great with the little ones in building their skills and also behavior management. It’s also very affordable for multiple kids. Only complaints would be that it’s cold in winter and too hot in the summer. The gym could also use some modernizing.

The owner is rude, inconsiderate and seems a little ditsy. Her staff is pretty good but the owner is just something else. We brought our child back to summer camp because he likes the activities. The staff is pretty good if it wasn't for them the owner wouldn't know what to do. They try to stick to a schedule sometimes they are late which is fine when you have lots of little ones time just flies by. I was in no hurry I was waiting for my child to finish lunch so he can go skate in their little indoor rink which was 20 min later than usual. He was eager to skate so I was told by his teacher He could still skate if I wanted to wait since they were running late. as my child was going around on his first lap in the skating rink the owner is yelling his name from across the gym telling him he needs to leave repeatedly. Pretty much kicking us out Poor little 6 Yeary old had no idea what to do. Then she's suggesting I pay extra so he can stay longer when I have been there waiting the entire time because they were behind schedule. Customer service skills are poor. The new facility feels like a sauna it's too Hott for the kids inside.

Best gym in El Paso. All of the coaches are or were gymnasts. Melissa only hires the best. She's great with the kids, pushes them to do their best, and encourages good sportsmanship. "I can't" is never an option in her gym. Her teams regularly takes 1st place all around. Love it here.
