The Oceanside school district has just emailed all OMS parents who paid for their kids to go on the 8th grade trip that was cancelled last year run by Maximum Tours. We were informed that we will not be getting our $120 refunded. We will all just receive a partial refund. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for this trip in a January of 2020, and I expected a full refund. Horrible customer service. I will never prepay for a trip they are running again.

Maximum Tours is one of the best ski tour groups out there. I have been going on trips for 19 years and have always had a fantastic time. Scott is an excellent tour leader who plans really fun trips. The people who go on the trips are really great as well. Everyone is just so nice. There are always so many laughs and wonderful skiing and adventures. This last trip to Monterosa, Italy was awesome. My kids probably enjoyed it more than my husband and I, which is hard to imagine. We stayed down the road from the Tram and skied every day with friends. We would have breakfast together in the morning and at night we all enjoyed dinner, and on the off day we all went on a castle tour and then had lunch. The trips are great because they are planned for you so it’s so easy to do and you don’t need to worry about anything except packing and getting to the airport. The way my kids would describe all of the trips are, “they’re better than Disney World” and that was 4 years ago when they were 6. Two years ago they almost mutinied when we weren’t sure we could go and they said, “ what do you mean we’re not going, we look forward to this trip every year.” They are the only kids on the trip but are made to feel like part of the group. If you are considering going on a trip I would tell you to do it, you won’t regret it.

I've been on many ski trips with Maximum Tours from weekends in the Northeast at Gore Mountain, Jay Peak and Sugarbush, the Canadian Rockies of Whistler Mountain and most recently I just returned from Montorosa in the Italian Alps. The one common denominator in all of Maximum Tour trips is boatloads of fun! Scott Bochner runs a great trip – every detail is organized in advance making sure that everyone has the best time possible from start to finish. If you are looking to join a great group of people to travel and ski with you won't go wrong with Maximum Tours. I can't wait for my next trip!
