★Melissa IversonRecently played both the 2030 National 13U Black and Maroon teams at a tournament. Both teams played well and it is clear they are very talented, however that was overshadowed by a severe lack of sportsmanship. There is a distinction between being hyped up and supporting their team and being completely obnoxious. This was a line both teams repeatedly crossed. At 13, these boys are old enough to understand how to conduct themselves with maturity and respect. This behavior reflects poorly on the coaching and raises questions on the values upon which they are being taught. For a national team; I’m not sure this is how Minnesota wants to be represented. I do want to give a shout out to the 2030 National 13U Grey team who was a pleasure to play. They demonstrated exceptional sportsmanship and truly demonstrated how a team should conduct themselves with class and dignity. This is the team that should be the example for the rest.

My son has been involved with MASH for 8 months and it’s a phenomenal baseball decision for him and even better inter-personal and character development decision for him. The staff across the board is top notch and provide great role models that he can look up to. From an administration and business standpoint the response time to any question or inquiry is immediate. ★Jagear SederbergMash use to have such high class. A team I use to recommend. In recent years it seams they care more about the money they bring in then rather then building your kid to be a great ball player and a better person. The coaches I saw this weekend were far from classy and sportsman like on the 14 year old team. It is honestly a disgrace that one of the better programs in Minnesota baseball clubs has fallen this far. I will no longer be recommending this program as a athlete that volunteers to help young development.

Every single coach my son has worked with has had a profound impact on him. This isn’t just a job for them. It’s clearly a passion and it’s infectious. Bravo to the ones leading this club. They know what they’re doing.

The positivity from all of his coaches (Matt, Ryan, Alex) has made him love baseball and strive to be a student of the game. Swing hard and attack the zone. He has grown through thier winter/spring player development program and met some of his best friends through fall/spring MASH teams. The skills, dedication, and professionalism my son learns at MASH carries into other aspects of his life including school. Winter strength training with Austin is also highly reccomended.
