Free summer day camp run by the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, a nonprofit anchor on Rock Island's west side since 1975, for children from kindergarten through 9th grade (ages 6-17). Camp runs Monday-Friday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. with activities, field trips, a snack and a meal at no cost to families, operated in partnership with Spring Forward.
