The Marshall Area YMCA runs Summer Adventure Camp, a full-day childcare day camp for area children. A traditional track for ages 5 to 12 mixes sports, games, arts, crafts and educational activities, while a younger track focuses on Pre-K and kindergarten readiness. Camp runs 8:30am to 5pm with free play before and after.

Powered by Googlehalf the time the pool is closed or locked the "reserve swim only" during the day time so any adults that want to swim without kids and use the hotub are instead punished to wait until 4 pm when the kids/teens are allowed to swim, there's no space or time for adults to swim. the reserve swim leaves the pool empty 90% of the day so why bother keeping it reserve only unless you just don't want to pay a lifeguard? the hotub also breaks every other week and often times is closed with a "out of order" sign. do they put that at the check in, no, they don't even put it on the pool doors to enter. a waste of my time making me check in, get ready to go soak in the hotub then "oh yeah it's not working AGAIN, you'll just have to swim in the baby pool or the other side with all the kids since there's no other time for adults only to swim" what a joke.
My family was having a send off party for my son days before he left for AIT. Family traveled from hours away to attend but a forecasted snowstorm loomed. Damon and the 3/14/2026 staff were accommodating and professional allowing our family to modify our reservation and gather safely while also hosting an event and multiple other parties. It meant a lot to us and we appreciated Damon’s leadership and the teamwork of the staff to make it all happen! Thank You!
It was a good class. However, with the other kids playing basketball nearby, it was very loud and a distraction to hear what the instructors were saying. Also, the timing in the community education booklet was incorrect with what the actual time was for the class. The booklet stated it was 5:30-6:15 for 2-3 year olds when in reality, it was 6:00-6:45 for 2-6 year olds.
A great facility for the area. Nice pool/hot tub area. Edit: went to the Luau today. The staff here are just excellent people!
I work out here all the time. Provides everything I expect, except no sauna. Nice basketball courts. Nice weight area. Good variety of exercise equipment. Pool is great when you have little kids. Zero depth and a good water slide. Locker and shower facilities if you need them.
