Youth summer sailing school run by the Marquette Junior Yacht Club on Lake Superior's Lower Harbor, teaching sailing fundamentals and water safety to beginners ages 8 to 17. One-week sessions run across six weeks in July and August with morning and afternoon classes capped at 12 students, and scholarship applications are available.

I say this is private property all day didn’t you see the rope… nope came from the hill where it does not state private property. Very bad distaste for an organization, should look into how people talk to outsider.
