I cannot say enough good things about Grant and M14 Hoops! The personal training sessions have made a significant difference in my daughter's development and skill. There are numerous other basketball trainers in the Valley but none compare to how meticulous and knowledgeable Grant is. Grant is not going to have your daughter/son do random drills. He tailored each session to my daughter's strengths/weaknesses and explained how or why each move would be used in game situations. He comes to each session with a paper printout of the schedule which shows that he takes the time to think out a plan in advance. In addition, he is a very active trainer - he is not going to stand around after showing a move. He will guard your player and he will not go easy. Most importantly, Grant absolutely understands basketball as a whole, from a player's perspective, and at a high level. His work ethic and encouragement affirmed my daughter to work harder, be more aggressive, and reach for her goals. Grant is the top trainer in the Valley and does not get the credit he deserves! My daughter has also participated in M14's Academy, which was a great supplement to her personal training sessions. There was a reason and a "why" behind every drill that was presented and she got to practice her new skills against other live players. M14's training philosophy is methodical, which I appreciate, and has been extremely impactful in my daughter's journey.

Absolutely wonderful class. The coaches are incredibly engaged and focused. I love the way they avoid talking to the kids like they're babies but they're not mean about it.
