Lyons Park is a beautiful and serene park with a dreamlike long fountain and paths through great oak trees with plentiful benches encompassing the beauty of this region. It is a very safe and welcoming community park with a lit pavilion for all types of events! The tennis courts and grounds are very accessible to all. Such a lovely spot right in the heart of Mobile.

The park looks nice, with 3 fountains. Only all the bathrooms STAY LOCKED and there's an armed guard there who's job it is to watch you. So for its beauty there is a lack of privacy I guess in exchange for a "safer" park. The important thing is its safe for children.

Nice, Serene Park with large, shady live oak trees with Spanish Moss. There is a fountain, walking path, tennis center, free public parking lot. It is walking distance from a hospital, I think it is the women and children’s hospital and cancer center. There are public restrooms that were locked, but I think there are some at the tennis center. There is no playground at this park, but if you keep driving for about a mile down Catherine Street, there is one at Thomas Sullivan Community Center nearby.

This is a nice little park. They have good tennis courts so you can play tennis here. They have pretty fountains in this park. They have benches and tables under the big pretty trees so that is nice to rest or have your picnic meal at the park.
