Longview World of Wonders is a private nonprofit 501(c)(3) hands-on children's museum on E Tyler St in downtown Longview, founded by a group of area residents who began organizing in 2009. Its education offerings are workshops and classes - recent listings include kids' mahjong, cookie decorating and movement sessions - along with field trips and birthday parties, and it participates in Museums for All. No summer camp program appears on the museum's site.

★★Liz SebastianMy kids love it and can spend hours playing here but I can see how it can seem boring for older kids. Unfortunately there’s not much around here that kids can enjoy which ultimately leads everyone to come to this one spot. Our last visit was on 6/6/26 and I’ve noticed it going down hill, lots of things out of order - some have been out of order way before this date. They really need to get things fixed and other things they need to completely replace to keep it looking fresh. What is the high admission price paying for?? It needs to be invested in improving such a wonderful place that has the potential to be so much more! Maybe even think about ways to cater to kids 8+ as well, not just the little ones! Actually take in these criticisms and improve for the whole community, our kids deserve it!!
★★★Nikki CarrollGreat concept. Little kids love it, but this place is filthy dirty. Toys aren’t cleaned and it shows. There is a lot of wear and tear and the employees sit around talking versus cleaning up after the kids. Plus adults have to pay as if we are getting to experience something here for us.
★★★★★Davin DuchSo we have a membership to our local Science Museum and we enjoy taking our children to explore different children's museum/science museums all over the country. We do take advantage of the membership benefits when a museum is part of ASTC Passport Program, we're able to enjoy many different museums. If you're local to Longview, I would highly recommend getting a membership. Even if you don't travel often, your child(ren) can enjoy expanding their minds and creativity year-round. Longview World of Wonders is probably one of the smaller museums we've been to and we've probably been to 20+ museums, but our kids still enjoyed themselves. We spent about 2 hours here, but I'm sure our kids wanted to stay longer but we were all hungry. There's a separate party room too. And I do appreciate the bags for diapers in the restroom!
★★★★★galila AbdelghaniLast week we went to the discovery place in Tyler. I thought I was great but this place is actually really awesome and I prefer it over driving to Tyler. A lot of the same attractions-my small sons are 18 months and 2.5. But this was a lot less crowded! It has a lot more free space that isn’t being used by attractions but still tight on parking. This is def a gem to me being here visiting my mom in Gladewater, I’m glad ignored the bad reviews lol
★★★★★Elizabeth BeasleyTook some time today to stop by and visit WOW. Super fun place to bring the kiddo and let them run around and have fun. There's all kinds of hands-on/sensory activities there. From a light wall, legos/duplos, wood train sets, and an interactive store and home. There was also a party happening when we came in. Not sure what the rates were but I am sure the answer is just a phone call or click away. 😀 Be warned, though, there were lots of kids running around, so it's pretty easy to just get mowed over by one at any moment. It also got loud a few times from the kids having fun and running around, so if you like a more tame environment, this may not be the greatest for you.
