Went yesterday with my little cousin, they told us we can’t come in because he can’t guest me in as he is a minor (he is 17 and I am over 18) . This has never been an issue before as even I had a membership some time ago and I could bring guests whenever as a minor. I called the sienna location and asked if this was a rule and they said they had never heard of anything like this. The front desk people at this location consistently give members a hard time and are quite rude. They seem to make up rules per to what they see fit. The two ladies at the front were astonishingly rude. I wanted to set up another membership here but won’t be. $$$$ price for $ service.

I recently visited Life Time in Sugar Land. The equipment is new and well‑maintained, which I appreciated. However, the front desk staff — particularly one lady — came across as a bit rude, which made the check‑in experience less welcoming. Overall, an average visit with room for improvement.

This is the weight rack on a Saturday morning. ALL the weights are gone. Apparently they were being used for a class. If this was LA fitness, totally understand. This is Lifetime where you pay hundreds of dollars in membership. If weights are needed for a class, the gym should have extra weights rather than using all the free weights in the general area. “Sugarland Lifetime: We charge Lifetime prices and deliver Planet Fitness services.” *Side note, staff are all really nice people. Super helpful and always friendly :)

I’ve been a member for over 10 years. One of the the highlights for me were the extraordinary group fitness classes led by Thais and Ashley. Ashley Murphy has been an award winning instructor multiple times over and always a kind, warm, positive human being. But, moreover, a fabulous coach and high quality fitness instructor who would always encourage and push us in all the best ways possible. Thais led my favorite spin classes! It was a highlight of my week to be in a room with her generous spirit, high energy music, and challenging routines. She was fired and has been and continues to be a great lose for Lifetime Sugar Land. Now the latest casualty is Ashley Murphy. Who very recently was fired for no reason. I am one of many people who can see this club in decline. And yet rates for membership keep going up! Please join me in telling the local management and corporate that they need to truly reconsider hiring back two of their best.

I have been a member at Lifetime Fitness at Sugarland for the past 10 years. Where I have been taking Ashley’s classes for the longest time. She is a TOP PERFORMING instructor, always challenging me in my gym journey here at Lifetime Fitness. Ashley has created a positive culture with our gym family, where our members support and motivate each other. This is what a TRUE LEADER should possess, the skills to motivate ourselves and keep us together in our fitness journey. She has been FIRED for no reason given. Destroying our gym family members. Lifetime has not been listening to the members concerns and have been taking decisions to benefit the few. Lifetime has been lacking a decisive leader for the past 2 years. The gym chain that was once at the pinnacle of fitness, has now fell short in leadership. THANK YOU ASHLEY MURPHY FOR BEING THE BEST OF LIFETIME SUGAR LAND!!!
