Life Time's Colorado Springs club runs the chain's Kids Summer Camp for ages 4 to 13, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm, with most clubs offering about 12 weeks of camp across the summer. Campers choose from electives including arts and crafts, gym games, yoga, fitness and agility classes and engineering. Enrollment requires a Standard or Signature membership with children active as Junior members for the duration of camp, and up to two hours of before and after camp care on each end is included at no extra cost.
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact Life Time directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleWe pay a significant amount for our membership, so it's disappointing to see the basketball court so poorly maintained. The childcare program seems to be taking over much of the gym space. They already use the boxing room and have converted the room next to it for childcare, PLUS their original childcare area that’s huge and as if that’s not enough, they also ask people to leave the basketball court so it can be used for childcare activities.. How much space do you need?!! This is not the Lifetime experience I remember from a few years ago. I recently purchased memberships for my entire family and have been disappointed with both the facility upkeep and the way the space and amenities are being managed. I hope these concerns can be addressed so members can fully enjoy the services and facilities they're paying for.
I absolutely love this place. It’s so much more than a gym. It’s a community. I can easily spend 3-4 hours in there at a time. Self-care central for me!🫶🏾💕🫶🏾
I trained with Summer Jackson for two years, and she was instrumental in helping me build consistency and confidence. She showed up fully to every session, always prepared with a thoughtful plan, encouraging, and pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of. Her positive energy and constant support made every workout something I looked forward to. She has a gift for teaching through movement, helping me develop a strong mind-body connection and proper breathing technique. Because of her, I feel more confident in my form, my strength, and my overall ability in the gym. I’m truly grateful for her guidance-she’s the best trainer and absolutely worth every penny!
Damn the pictures are hella out of date. They redid the steam room so it’s not nasty anymore. You’ll realize it when there’s no steam in there and no on is inside x3 There’s a cold plunge now. A lot is clean. But some isn’t. like the locker doors have a lot of fingerprints on em they need to get cleaned more. Bathrooms are clean enough. Gym equipment pools are clean and fine. Generally decent place! Bring your kids there’s day care there for an X amount of time
I am canceling my family membership due to inappropriate political and racially insensitive comments made by the 9:00 a.m. class instructor at the gym. The remarks appeared directed toward Latino members and were completely out of place in a fitness setting. As paying members, we expect a respectful, inclusive, and neutral environment. A gym should focus on health and wellness — not political opinions or divisive commentary. Unfortunately, this experience made us uncomfortable continuing our membership.
