Camp Covecrest is a Catholic summer camp run by Life Teen in the North Georgia mountains near Tiger, serving high-school teens (rising 9th grade through graduating seniors). Being settled in a valley in the mountains surrounded by nature and also having a beautiful natural waterfall. As for the facilities, they were also great with the rooming houses being comfortable and dining hall being well maintained. Overall, a great location for a religious retreat.

They are infested with bed bugs for the past 2 years and have done nothing about it other than send kids that go to their camp back home full of bed bugs hives. They don’t care about the well being of kids going there. They don’t even bother to call to check, apologize or see if the camper recovered from from their negligence. Wondering if there is an agency that will inspect them or close them! Place is DANGEROUS!

★★★★★Bobby SemendyI was fortunate to help lead our parish worship band for a high school retreat during Palm Sunday Weekend. The place is stunning in its beauty, has amazing beautiful chapels named for St Stephen and Our Lady the Blessed Virgin Mary. Jesus is present in the Eucharist in both chapels and Eucharistic Adoration is amazing there. There are Rosary walks in the forest near the gorgeous lake, lots of land for playing sports. The most amazing part of Covecrest are the missionaries who truly live out their lives to serve everyone who arrives through their doors whether it is to serve food, listening to people confide in them, or building bonfires for smores. A special shoutout to Gavin who was our missionary for the weekend and to Seitlali who helped us with the music. I can’t say enough great things about Covecrest and I can’t wait to come back.
★★★★★Jack TiekenLife Teen is an amazing organization that organizes Camp Covecrest that is located in Tiger, Georgia. The camp is where churches from across the country come together and experience and get closer to God with each other in many ways, such as mud courses, and prayer, along with many other things. When I was there, the staff that worked there and the volunteers that where all working there were so nice and wanted to have a good time but were willing to listen to me when I wanted to speak, and paid attention to every single teenager that was there. To Life Teen, and the people who were working at Camp Covecrest during week 2, thank you so much for the amazing time that y'all worked so hard for me and my parish. It was truly an amazing week. Normally, I have a lot of energy after camps, but the Saturday that I was going home, I was extremely tired which is good. Thank y'all for helping with making me tired.
