In most sports, the fundamentals are the methods that create a basis for great execution. In parkour, great execution is synonymous with safe execution. The sport requires a balance of athleticism, control, strength and lots of energy. The team at Level Up has endless patience for all ages. My son has competed in baseball, swim, wrestling, and parkour. Parkour, above all, is his favorite sport. I never have to push him to go train at Level Up or on our own. This is the first sport where he gladly puts down the controller to train. I am super excited to have found Jeremy and Level Up!

It's hard to come across a coach that does what they do as well as he does. The classes are affordable and a great value. The benefits of this class are outstanding. They also do birthday parties.
