We love this place!!!!!! Our son has been going here for almost 2 years & we couldn’t be more happy. He never wants to leave & always asks us when he can go back. He has made so many great friends . We have looked at a lot of places around Matthews & Level Up was the best choice for us , the teachers have so many great activities & are always easy to talk to & flexible with our last minute changes to our busy schedules. Our son does before school / after school & summer camp !!! Also amazing price for care around Matthews!!!

My boys, 8 and 9, have been going to Level Up for a few years now. We LOVE it and they do too. They really enjoy the challenging but fun environment - including Legos, coding, Pokemon, and so much more! When they go for afterschool, Mara and Mark make sure they complete their homework and do their reading. Then they do all kinds of fun activities that really engage the kids. You can really tell when someone loves their job and Mark and Mara do! Instead of childcare owners paying some teenagers to babysit the kids like some childcare places, Mark and Mara are with the kids the whole time. They really know my kids and they really care for them. I really cannot say enough! If you need a reliable, fun, and challenging afterschool program (and they do pick up from many schools) or summer camp options, Level Up is by far the best in town!

Level Up is one of my family’s favorite places in the Charlotte area. My son absolutely loves both their after school program and weekend events. He’s near tears when it’s time to leave. I often stick around long after I’ve arrived for pickup because I enjoy the environment and chatting with the owners so much. As a single parent, it has been such a relief finding reliable, flexible and affordable childcare. I would absolutely recommend Level Up!

My son attends Level Up for the after school program as well as Summer Camp. He enjoys the various activities offered at Level Up such as Lego Building, and Pokemon. Mr. Mark, Ms. Mara. and the other instructors are very helpful with making sure homework and reading assignments are completed. I appreciate the conveniences Level Up offers to parents such as transportation service from school to the program, the option to pick up your kid as late as 6:30 pm and during the summer program, we can drop off as early as 7 am. Level Up is a fun environment where the kids learn the importance of respect and discipline. Very grateful to the staff for all that they do.

I searched all over the Matthews area to find good child care for my daughter and I am so happy that I decided to take her to level up. My LO was in the summer camp and after school care program and she loved it! They have so many different activities and provide a great environment for the children. I will definitely be taking my LO back next summer.
