★Isabella PrinceI’m extremely disappointed and upset after our recent visit to this waterpark. While we were there, my young daughter was accidentally hit in the head with a lifeguard pole. Accidents can happen, but what shocked and angered me most was the complete lack of response from the lifeguard involved. There was no apology, no check to see if she was okay—absolutely nothing. This kind of disregard for guest safety, especially when it involves a child, is unacceptable. We expected a higher standard of care and professionalism from the staff, especially those entrusted with keeping visitors safe. Sadly, that was not the case. We won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope the management takes incidents like this seriously in the future
