Baseball can be a slow sport and it is hard to keep kids engaged long term. Speedball was fast paced, fun, and competitive. There was opportunity to win tokens for prizes and candy. The kids get to listen to fun music and dance in between plays. My son got to focus on the fundamentals of baseball and got more repetition on drills, which has helped him improve. He now says, “Baseball is my favorite sport!” Thank you, Coach Nick, and Coach Sarah, for bringing Speedball to Marana. Thank you for keeping baseball fun, positive, and competitive!
