Legacy Lacrosse runs summer lacrosse day camps in Virginia Beach for new and experienced boys and girls, covering stick handling, cradling, passing and shooting plus agility training, chalk talks and team-building games. Its Summer Sizzle camps are four-day sessions running 9:00am-3:00pm at the VB Sportsplex Stadium for ages 6-14 at $325 per session, and a partnered camp at the Virginia Beach Field House runs 9:00am-3:00pm for ages 6-12 across four- and five-day sessions at $220-$275. New and developmental players train non-contact without full gear and may borrow a stick, while experienced players work in small groups with more one-to-one coaching; the club also runs year-round recreation and club teams.
