This company needs to improve customer/parent relations through better customer service, informing instructors of company information, and parental access/informed safety to dancers going behind closed doors/curtains as clientele are minors. Newsletters bringing awareness to these fees are sometimes emailed a few days or hours before the fees are due, making the monthly fees unpredictable.
