This is a very modern and lovely facility, my wife plays pickleball there I believe she pays some kind of fee to do so, I would like to see more facilities like this but I think they should be funded with private money and not public funds, the tax dollars should be going to projects like fixing the streets all these potholes we have you know all that snow and ice that Florida gets every year LOL. The city of Lyman also host fireworks at this location a couple times out of the year.

It was my first time at the facility I went to a presentation meeting for the proposed work and walk path along Joe's Creek , the facility is very nice there was plenty of parking the parking lot has plenty of lighting, the room they held the presentation in was large accommodated all of the people that showed up to get the information from all of the displays and city and county people that were there too explain each phase of the process, it was an evening well spent,👍👍

Attended an AmSkills "boot camp" at Lealman Exchange for (2) days. Immaculately kept grounds & interior. Every room had a sparking clean floor; clean, sanitized scent throughout, without the chemical aroma! The maintenance staff were constantly spot cleaning; my pet peeve: PUBLIC RESTROOMS! These were 5☆ all the way! Great job under strenuous circumstances.
