They are incredibly professional and communicative, our lead teacher is Ms Keirstan and she truly has gotten to know our daughter as a human and speaks to her with respect and warmth. She always gives us a full overview of her day and helped her transition into the toddler routine with so much support as well as communication with us, via the app they use to log daily care - which is so nice! Their workers genuinely seem well-supported and their administrators are accessible. The food is also amazing, they have it prepared specially for their centers with a chef/catering company that can also make orders for pickup by parents. She genuinely gets fruits and veggies and different flavors all the time, just like at home, it’s awesome. I have always found the decision to use childcare and work incredibly difficult, but at my daughter’s age now and with the encouragement I see from her days being full of music, pretend play, yummy healthy food, and friends, it’s a lot easier. The communication between staff and parents is top notch. The CEO gives her direct number to parents, so you're able to talk to her at all times. My kids love going to 'school' here, they have made tons of friends and have action-packed days! Also, in my experience, all of the buildings are highly secure. Every door has special locks that only give access to parents. Safety and security are definitely a top priority for LE3.
