Powered by GoogleAA men's retreat was spectacular. The staff & cooks at the gathering was magnificent.
I had the pleasure of staying here this past weekend with a group. The grounds are lovely. The staff kind and it was so nice to sit at the pond and listen to the birds, take in the sound of the water and watch the barn swallows dive bomb the pond. The friendly pup was an added bonus. Thank you!
Great retreat center but I find their kitchen messy and dirty, the sinks at the conference area and the bathrooms at one of the lodges where we stayed really needs a very thorough cleaning. And the salad they served are very sad and old looking. Maybe it’s just the way it is but I don’t find it sanitary.
We had an amazing experience with our 5th graders learning new things and testing our perseverance! What a beautiful place to improve ourselves!
We began planning a trip for our 5th grade students in the fall. The staff at lazy f was beyond supportive throughout the entire process. Their expertise and support at the beginning completely set our trip up for success. Once we arrived, Dave was there to greet us and show us the ropes. He made sure to check in on us multiple times each day. Abbey and her partner made sure all of our kids met their level of success on the climbing tower and zip line. The archery instructor was knowledgeable, patient and most importantly had safety at the forefront. Our students loved hanging out on the beautiful deck, exploring the grounds and the nearby hiking trails. There was no shortage of things to do at any point in our trip. Our kids (and adults) loved the meals. The food was made fresh and gave them plenty of options. Sleeping arrangements were just right for what our group needed. There were plenty of showers and bathrooms for our group. We would HIGHLY recommend Lazy F to any group looking for an outdoor learning or retreat space. It exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back.
