Lawton Street Community Center hosts the City of Akron's Summer Fun Camp, an eight-week full-season day camp running June through August, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Camp includes breakfast, lunch, field trips and daily activities for youth roughly ages 3-15, at a low seasonal fee. The City offers the YES Youth Empowerment Scholarship to help eligible families afford recreation programming.
