Lake Louise Christian Community is a residential summer camp and year-round retreat center on Thumb Lake Road in Boyne Falls, running eight weeks of programming across about 11 sessions for youth ages 7-19. Each session targets a different group of campers, and the program emphasizes self-confidence, faith, responsibility, independence, leadership and teamwork. It is a 501(c)(3) affiliated with the Michigan Area United Methodist Conference and accredited by the American Camp Association. The property also hosts retreats, 126 family cottagers and monthly community events.

★★★★★Kelly BuckI haven't been there since highschool bandcamp, 2 weeks every August before school, '95, '96, '97, and '98. It was and still is a breathtaking location. I loved it when I was there. It was a simple campground with few frills, but still comfortable and clean. I wish I could go back and stay in my old cabin, in my old bunk once again. My old school doesn't go there anymore, which is a shame and a disservice to the kids I think. Kids could use more places like that, and the 2 weeks of bandcamp that taught us many valuable things.
