I had an infant and three-year-old who attended this center and would like to say the directors are amazing and very kind at first things were going good for about two months then it was nothing but issues in the infant class just nit picking at everything. keep in mind the infants do not go outside and inside the classroom is a normal temperature and my child needed extra clothes so I brought in some long sleeve and pants and also some short sleeve and long pants and the teacher messaged me stating she was sending home her "summer clothes" so I called and explained sending the clothes home was unnecessary as my child doesn't go outside and the classroom is warm enough for her to be in a short sleeve shirt. the director then said to the teacher that they can't force me to bring in long sleeve shirts and that they don't go outside so it is unnecessary. the teacher then decided to call DCF on me for "neglecting and abusing" my child in this report to DCF she claimed that my child didn't have appropriate clothes for the weather even though she's inside and has a jacket that they took off and pants. she also claimed my child was being starved because she was excessively hungry mind you, she was a growing baby who weighs 22lbs at 11 months in the 60th percentile for weight she is nowhere near malnourished. also included "scales on her head and diaper rash" if an infant teacher does not know what cradle cap is then there's clearly is issue and that tells me she's lacking basic knowledge on infants. the teacher also knew my child was on antibiotics for an ear infection and that specific antibiotic causes diarrhea which then caused diaper rash, and she still decided to call DCF. not to mention it was then stated to me my ex-husband and my ex-husbands wife that this teacher in known for bullying parents. The problem is this teacher couldn't get under my skin, so she made up cruel and false accusations against me. Once said and done I explained to the daycare that this report was made with malicious intent all because the teacher couldn't bully me into doing what she wanted when my child was perfectly fine.

One of our towns BEST schools for our children. Ms. Kelsi and Ms. J are seriously some of the hardest workers I have ever met in my multiple tries to find the perfect center for my precious children. They even offer full time camera access to watch your kids throughout the day... I never even use these because I trust this staff as if they were in my bloodline. Thank you to every staff member at the academy alongside their PHENOMENAL corporate division. They will treat your child as if it was one of their own. The attention to detail at this center is beyond your wildest imagination. I would vote them BEST center in FLORIDA. Highly Recommend to ANY responsible parent. Their prices are actually the cheapest in town TOO! You can't loose choosing them.

Cons: The administrative staff - don’t let the area fool you! Kelsie the administrative lead staff is very passive aggressive. The assistant that sits at front desk is just not warm, mildly unprofessional. Teacher in the 1 year old class was mildly careless of the children - I would pick my daughter up from care and she would be walking around with another child’s bottle. Had a lingering unpleasant oder especially in the younger class rooms settings and the hallway of those rooms. They don’t have much toys and the stuffed animals had stains. My daughters age 1 and 2 had a fever every week and by the forth week the fever lasted for almost two weeks and I had to withdraw them due to the fact that they wanted to continue to charge me and they had already been missing school. I pay attention to detail closely. In the careless 1 year old room my daughter never adjusted after 1 month towards the teachers after being there for 9 hours a day every day of the week, she cried every time I picked her up and dropped her off. My two year old with the more attentive class, my daughter grew more attached to her. Pros: Cameras. Current teacher in the 2 year olds class actually teach the children and read to them and my daughter started practicing proper manner etiquette (i.e. thank you, you’re welcome). She was the only person that stood out as great within the entire facility. Granted she was an elder woman who must have worked with children for many plus years. Overall: one person in here was considerate and some are just there for a check and show lack of patience, genuine kindness and consideration. The location is in a higher income class so therefore the place presents an illusion of high standard but the staff does not reflect this. I would overhear parents complain and ask to review the cameras in the lobby. Unfortunately my kids were examples proving this care facility was facade. If they upgrade the staff it would really be a better place. Place needs higher standard of cleanliness.

Credit to the new leadership and current staff for significantly improving the school in 2025. We’ve always liked Ladybird, but there was a noticeable decline at the start of the year. Since then, we’ve been very impressed by the turnaround: more qualified and consistent teachers, better communication, more activities (both indoor and outdoor), and updated toys. The current staff is caring and personable - it really feels like the whole school knows both our daughter and our family. One thing that’s always kept us there, even during the rough patch, is the camera access through the app. We recommend Ladybird to anyone looking for childcare and will be enrolling our infant soon.

My family and I have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Ladybird Academy. The Caterpillar and Ladybug classroom teachers are nothing short of phenomenal. Their dedication to creating a nurturing and engaging environment is evident in everything they do. Our child has blossomed under their care, and we can't thank them enough for their patience, creativity, and genuine love for teaching. The teachers in both classrooms go above and beyond to make learning fun and exciting. They provide a perfect balance of educational activities and playtime, ensuring that the children are always engaged and eager to learn. The individual attention they give to each student is truly remarkable, and it shows in the progress our child has made. We are so grateful to have found such an amazing place for our child to grow and learn. Ladybird Academy and the exceptional teachers in the Caterpillar and Ladybug classrooms have truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this wonderful school to any parent looking for a safe, loving, and stimulating environment for their child.
