La Dee Da - A Creative Play & Party Studio

This is for all prospective parents looking to put their kids into summer camp with this art studio. Please only sign up during early bird pricing (November through February 15) or in late April where they will again offer 20% off. I signed my child up on March 9 for the full camp price of $475 plus an extra $120 for the week for late pick up/early drop off. Around April 20, I receive an email that new camp registrations are being offered at 20% off. Given this is the most expensive camp we signed up for, I emailed the director to ask for a refund for the 20% as I did not get the discount. I was informed that I should have known about the early bird discount and signed up before that expired as “these camps have been offered for 11 years.” I thought this response was ineffective customer service, at best, and rude. While these camps may "have been offered for 11 years" this is the first time my Kindergarten-aged child has been able to attend so this is very much new to us. The way I was treated was awful, my kid will never be back to camp here, and just know that discounted spots will open back up, so if you miss out and are not aware of the early bird timing, please do not pay full price and wait until later in the season to sign up. In full disclosure, my son did end up attending his week of camp here. He had a good time, the crafts were cute and the staff he dealt with on a daily basis were friendly. I just wish the initial contact I had with the place was more understanding. Still won't be back but wanted to make it clear that the product they offer is good.

This place is wonderful. We have been a few times for drop in painting for my toddler. But we just had my son’s 2nd birthday party here and wow! I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the staff. Top notch professionals who take care of everything and made the entire process seamless. Everyone said it was the best toddler birthday they had ever been too! The older kids 5-7 didn’t want to leave either! It was beautiful and the staff set everything up for me and after the party packed up any decorations I brought and put it in my car. The 2 year olds loved the painting craft as well as older kids and each child has a cute keepsake to take home! I cannot recommend this place enough.

We just had my daughter’s 7th birthday at La Dee Da and everything was fabulous! She wanted an American Girl Doll theme and La Dee Da took care of all the details, including keeping the girls entertained throughout the entire party.

La Dee Da is the best venue for your kids birthday! Sugandha was so friendly, so informative and one of their packages includes planning the whole party from decor to cake to favors etc. We chose this package and I have never been so stress free before my girls birthday parties. We discussed a theme and some specifics my daughter wanted and Sugandha and her team executed it perfectly. We showed up with some snacks for the adults and everything else was taken care of. The cake was gorgeous as was the decor. The staff was amazing, so kid friendly & attentive even with 20 girls running around being crazy :) I cant recommend La Dee Da enough. Sugandha and her staff are simply the best.

My wife's surprise birthday party was a work of art all the way from the unique touches, classy props, delightful flower arrangements to the decadent cake and macaroons. What makes Sugandha and her team special is their ability to grasp exactly what you want, provide insightful suggestions and deliver end to end at a superlative level. In short, Ne Plus!!!
