Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional behavior from the director. We had a confirmed appointment with the teacher at 4:00 PM. We drove about 40 minutes to get there, only to find the center completely closed — lights off, door locked, and no one answering the phone. We waited, tried calling, knocked — nothing. Instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the director started making excuses. We were told that the teacher was “inside waiting for us,” which is simply not believable — the place was dark and clearly empty. Then we were told we should have “knocked harder,” followed by comments like “no one else complains” and “maybe we’re not the right fit.” What is especially concerning is that the explanations kept contradicting each other. At first, we were told that classes start at 5 PM and we should wait. Later, we were told the teacher had already been inside waiting for us. These statements clearly do not align and only add to the confusion and lack of professionalism. This is not how you treat clients. — Client spends almost 2 hours on the road — Child is upset due to a canceled class — No communication, no notice — And instead of an apology — excuses and blame On top of that, the tone of the director was dismissive rather than solution-oriented. We were planning to attend regularly (2+ times a week), but after this experience, there is no way we will return. Customer service is not just about teaching — it is about communication, reliability, and respect. This place clearly lacks all three.
