K’s Training Academy takes the guessing out of everything while instilling confidence in your game. You also get the luxury to be able to pick the brains and work alongside elite coaches/ballplayers. Incredible communication as well. No other place I’d want to train through after graduating college. Wish I was able to work through them earlier in my career! My coach: Reid Birlingmair & Josh Kauten

Huge thanks to Josh and the K's team for setting our son up with the RTP program, and a special shoutout to Kyle for his support throughout. The RTP program as well as Alex's summer strength training made all the difference in helping him safely return to play and build back his confidence. He started the season easing back in as a DH, worked his way up to contributing in multiple positions, then finishing with an incredible run on the mound that helped his team make it to the state playoffs. We’re so appreciative of the knowledge, encouragement, and care that went into his training. Highly recommend!

My first year with K’s I not only gained strength and arm endurance, but I had one of my best seasons thanks to the great arm care and workout routine. The staff and coaches are also extremely knowledgeable. It’s a great place to be at.

I have been working with Ks for about 4 years now and have had an incredible experience. I came in as a very average highschool pitcher and with Josh’s help I was able to find success and earn high honors at the junior college level, which ultimately lead to achieving my dream of playing division 1 baseball. K’s isn’t a cookie cutter approach but fits to your needs as a player and through that process teaches you a lot about yourself. The personalized throwing, lifting, and eating programs have helped me gain over 40 pounds and 5+ mph in 3 years and guide me heavily through my college career. I live around an hour and a half drive from Ks so I work as a remote athlete, however, in the summers I have been able to come down once a week for bullpen and velo sessions. All of the Ks staff are incredible with communication and are able to respond with questions or update your program within a day, I have found that I’ll often get a response back within 30 minutes which is incredible for training coaches these days. Beyond the physical side of baseball, Coach K has a great personal network that helped me create connections with incredible schools and eventually live out my dreams. If you are willing to bet on yourself and be great, K’s is one of the best places to do it.

I love working with Reid. Whenever I have a question he can always answer it. He’s a great coach and I will love continuing to work with him. Everything in the program is great but the two things that I believe helped me the most are the lifting and the mechanical assessment. I was an undersized kid before and the lifting program has helped me gain muscle and strength which I think has directly affected my pitching velocity. The mechanical assessment helped me because I was not using my legs properly. It was great how Reid sent me videos and gave me drills on how to fix it and over the winter my velo went up.
