Koronis Ministries runs Camp Koronis, an accredited Christian overnight camp on 190 wooded acres along Lake Koronis in Paynesville. Sessions scale by age: two-day 'teddy bear' camps for ages 6-9, week-long camps for ages 9-13 and a high-energy week for teens. Activities include archery, fishing, swimming, boating, horseback riding, nature arts and crafts, sports, campfires and sleep-outs. The historic retreat center, begun in 1922, also hosts groups of 25-250 year-round.

★★★★★Audrey BussI love this place and its people! The staff has always been courteous, friendly, and accommodating. My two daughters attended Red Rock camp here for many many years and it played a big part in the faith and beliefs they hold today. They have also formed many wonderful and lasting friendships here in this beautiful place. Our family rents a cabin here every July and it is always clean and comfortable. The setting is peaceful and the lake is one of the most beautiful that Minnesota has to offer. Oh, and one last thing...the food they serve is delicious and plentiful, even for all those constantly hungry teenagers at camp! Audrey Buss
