Our daughter just completed her first week in the Infant Room with Mrs. Sandie, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. As first-time parents of a four-month-old starting daycare, we were naturally a bit anxious about this new step. However, she quickly acclimated and had a wonderful first week. Mrs. Sandie has been incredibly nurturing, attentive, and caring with our daughter. She also helped guide us as first-time parents through the daycare process, answering our questions and helping us understand how everything works. From the very beginning, she made us feel comfortable and confident that our little girl is in the best possible hands. We truly appreciate the warmth, patience, and dedication she brings to the Infant Room, and we’re so grateful our daughter gets to spend her days with someone so kind and supportive!

We’ve been at KB since Nov of 2024 and our 3 year old and 8 month old are both doing great! As a full time working mom, I so appreciate knowing my kiddos are getting the attention and enrichment they crave and need. When we are around other children their age, my kids really do shine and it’s all from school. I appreciate that my toddler talks about her teachers and friends so lovingly, and my baby is always smiling from ear to ear when she sees her teachers, Ms. Sandie and Ms. Taylor. It really warms my heart! My 3 year old is in Ms. Chelsea’s class and has learned so much and does great with the structure she provides. We also love Ms. Parris dearly and my 3 year old excitedly yells and waves to her when we see her. It’s not easy leaving your children in the care of others, but knowing the teachers are invested in my Childrens growth and development really makes it easier. We are thankful for the KB crew!

I was hesitant to put my son in this daycare because he loved his previous school so much, but we were moving out of that area. I can honestly say this transition has been such a wonderful surprise. My son doesn’t cry at all during drop-off, which says so much! Watching the teachers’ communication and seeing my son interact and engage with his class has been such a joy—especially since he’s usually so timid. The center director wears so many hats, and I’ve never seen someone care so deeply about an operation. She’s always there—manning the front, serving meals, stepping in wherever she’s needed—and it truly warms my heart. Thank you for creating such a loving, supportive environment for my child.

We have used Knowledge Beginnings since our oldest (now almost 3) was 12 weeks old and our second son has been enrolled there too for 4 months. I love how our infant teacher, Sandie, loves our boys and I love that we got to have her teach both kids. She helped me as a mom so much. Gwen is also a calming presence and I love how she interacts with the babies. The 1s classroom definitely felt more chaotic than infant, but also such is that age lets be real. 2s was fabulous for us. Our son grew in vocabulary overnight. Very grateful to Kimmie and Paris. We’re new to 3s but I love that they spend so much time outside. Our 3 year old has several kids in his class that have followed throughout the program. The staff has some turnover yes and the leadership changed recently, but we had good experiences with both sets of leaders. Times I’ve brought up a small issue, I’ve been heard and communication has always been professional. Sending our kids to daycare is hard. And, I do think we need to have realistic expectations as parents about these centers. Could it use a new coat of interior paint? Maybe. Less turnover would be nice. But you know what? Early childhood teaching is often thankless work, and yet the staff at KB really do care. So, I pay the rate and am grateful for the care and the reliability. (And when I’ve done comparisons, it’s not like there are cheaper options around!) I work across the street at advent health and am grateful we have had a reliable and safe place for our boys so close to home and work for 3 years.

As a new parent, I was very nervous and felt guilty leaving my child in all-day care. I moved my child out of a significantly higher cost (different) center because I didn’t feel the quality of care was sufficient. I think having experienced bad centers helped me really appreciate how organized and strong this place is. KB exceeds my expectations- they’re so good- and due to my child aging, she has enrolled in a few different classrooms. I know that my child is receiving exceptional care as the teachers also challenge to push her to the next developmental step, while staying in close communication with me throughout the day through their app. They are very organized and professional. If you’re considering this place, I highly recommend their care. I am thankful for the teachers as they allow me to feel good (and a little less guilty) about being a working parent. 9 months later - Update: Wow 9 months later since my review posted. I am pleased - her toddler teachers and routine are amazing. Daily, I see my daughter smiling, thriving, and proudly walking into her teacher’s arms to start each morning.
