★Orestes BecerraBad experience with the LEADS program in Little Elm. I was willing to pay the premium price they charge, $380 a week, expecting a premium service but I now see it is all marketing. They don’t have enough kids for this program but won’t let you know until the last minute, when it is too late to find another good camp. To make things even worse they keep your deposit if you cancel, In my case $600, so wrong in my opinion. If someone is unsatisfied with your service you should refund all their money. Why are you keeping my money if you are not providing the quality service you advertised? Have the courage to admit your leads program here is not working and let parents know. Do the right thing and you will see your business grow.

★Chester JohnsonCancelled 2 weeks before spring break because they didn’t have enough kids booked to cover their costs. Meanwhile those of us booked don’t have any recourse because the good camps in our area are already all booked. Such a shame because my kid really enjoyed this place last summer and I was planning on returning this summer too, but not now after being turned down for spring break like this.
