We use KV for after school care and summer day camp. They are well run, staffed well, and keep the kids engaged and active. Any time there’s kids issues, I have felt comfortable discussing my concerns and also informed appropriately. I like KV a lot especially because I have a comparison point (previous company doing after school care) and KV is much better run. The previous company seemed always seemed short staffed.

Whether it’s through creative learning activities, exciting group games, or just a fun space to decompress after school, the kids are always busy and happy—they genuinely look forward to going! What really sets KiDCENTURE apart is the phenomenal staff. Penelope and Mr. Jay are exceptional leaders—their energy, patience, and dedication shine through every day. They create a supportive, positive, and safe environment where every child feels known and valued. We also have to praise the convenience and efficiency of the pickup process thanks to their "text ahead" feature. It makes the end-of-day transition incredibly smooth; a quick text when we're arriving, and the staff promptly brings our child out to the vehicle. It's an efficient, thoughtful system, and I truly wish more camps and programs would adopt this feature to improve their own processes! Finally, the added option to utilize KiDCENTURE during seasonal breaks—including Thanksgiving, Winter, and Spring break—provides crucial, reliable care and continuity for the children when school is closed. Highly recommended for any Oak Forest family!
