Powered by GoogleI went in expecting KidStrong to be something just for my 1-year-old, but I ended up enjoying it just as much as he did! It was so much fun watching Jonah play, interact with the other babies, and tackle the activities the coaches had set up. Seeing him smile, explore, and gain confidence was awesome. I also have to give a big shoutout to all the coaches. They were incredibly fun, energetic, and engaging with every single kid. They really know how to make the class exciting for the little ones!
Five stars for KidStrong! My son Lennox loves coming here—he lights up every time we pull up. The coaches are super encouraging, the activities keep him moving, and he’s actually excited about ‘class.’ Great energy, great people. Highly recommend As for my older son, Logan, he started KidStrong when he was just 2, and wow, the difference is huge. The coaches don’t just teach moves—they build real confidence and life skills he actually uses every day. He takes every class seriously, like it’s his mission, and the way they cheer him on? It lights him up—he’ll repeat their words at home, pushing himself to do his best. It’s more than a gym; it’s shaping who he is
Both of my daughters have loved coming to KidStrong. We’ve been coming for almost 2 years and it has helped both of them with confidence and strength. The coaches here are awesome!
LOVE Kidstrong! My son has been attending class for several months now and has learned so much while having the most fun! He is 3.5 years old and has developed so many skills like patience, impulse control, attention span, and ability to take turns. He pushes his gross motor abilities to the limit each week and tells us how proud of himself he is to accomplish new skills in class. I also love how they incorporate kindergarten prep skills like emotional literacy, emergent reading skills, and critical thinking. We love all the coaches here and couldn't be happier. My son especially loves when he gets to be class captain, wins a challenge, earns a coaches award, or levels up! 5 stars isn't even enough. Kid strong is a 10 across the board!
Communication is super easy with the staff, they are very straightforward and friendly which I appreciate. The coaches seem to genuinely like their jobs so that makes a difference too! They exhibit such great patience & firm boundaries with the kids which I believe is very helpful in molding young minds. They also do a good job at instilling positive affirmations!
