Nice gym for the younger kids. My 7 year old loves it. I had my 10 (almost 11 year old ) enrolled as well but she did not like it. They do different exercises every week and really try to help the kids with form. It is a bit pricey but has been great for the 7 year old. 4 stars due to cost.

We are very happy with our experience at KidStrong. We have seen so much emotional growth in our kids, along with stronger social skills and confidence, and we love how the program helps them build strength, coordination, and healthy habits through fun physical activities. We absolutely love all the coaches! The team always brings great energy and a positive attitude, and they welcome the students to every class with so much enthusiasm. It’s a very encouraging and supportive environment for kids. Thank you, KidStrong!

We love KidStrong Stone Oak! The coaches are amazing and the skill building workouts are fun for my son and I to do together. My son loves coming to the sessions and has noticeably improved his confidence and communication skills!!

Great program for kids of all ages and capabilities. It teaches strength, coordination, and emotional intelligence. It’s a bit loud in the but the kids have fun during class. Coaches are really nice.

This comment is from my daughter, who is a student, ' It's really fun and the coaches are really nice and help you when you're struggling and I can't wait to come back every week!' I highly recommend it as a mother because the staff and coach team treat you like family. They're genuinely engaged with the kids, and very informative for any questions. Our visit today was absolutely perfect and solidified the reason for sticking in there for the six month long haul, and at least until she is too old to attend! Update! My daughter has had her choice of any extracurricular activity she wants. Music art dance sports whatever. One class at kids strong, and she's hooked. We cram as many sessions in a week as we can for the weeks she's not at home. She especially loves when they push her as hard as they can, she never goes up bc the story and coaching give her that little extra boost to keep going!
