The coaches keep the kids engaged and make it fun for the kids! My daughter has grown tremendously since she started coming. She is dedicated and the coaches motivate her to push harder and not give up, especially Johnny... they teach the kids emotional management, affirmations, self love, good sportsmanship, grit, and friendly competition... Also, coach Rebecca is very engaged and attentive looking for ways to help. This is the best program I have found so far... We have done soccer, gymnastics, and dance... kidstrong keeps my daughter's attention and focus much better than anything else!

KidStrong Fort Myers has been nothing short of amazing for our family! My daughter has been attending for a little under half a year, and the growth we’ve seen in her confidence is incredible. When she first started, she was very shy, scared to try new things, and didn’t even want to be on the floor without her mom. Fast forward to today — she has leveled up to Titan (red shirt!) and absolutely loves going every week. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and truly know how to bring kids out of their shells at their own pace. They create such a positive and supportive environment that makes kids feel safe while still challenging them to grow. Seeing my daughter now participate, engage, and push herself has been so rewarding as a parent. We’re beyond happy with our experience and highly recommend KidStrong Fort Myers to any parent looking to build their child’s confidence, strength, and independence. Five stars all the way!
