KidStrong Cypress is a child-development franchise that runs day camps during summer and holiday weeks for kids ages 4-9 (no membership required). Sessions, led by two KidStrong coaches, use age-specific activities to build physical strength, brain development, and character. It’s not just a workout for kids,it’s building confidence, listening skills, resilience, and social development. You can really see the system behind what they do. The coaches are incredible 🙏🏻 so encouraging, patient, and genuinely invested in the kids. We want to give a special shoutout to Coach Bree 💕she’s amazing! But truly, all of the coaches have been wonderful. The facility is always very clean and organized, and booking classes is so easy and convenient, which we really appreciate as parents. We honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. If you have a toddler or young child, we highly recommend KidStrong. We’re so excited to continue watching our toddler grow and blossom with the help of these classes.
