We really like the KidStrong concept. It combines physical development with fun and engaging activities, making exercise enjoyable for children. We also appreciate that the program helps build confidence, encourages social interaction, and teaches children to work together in a positive environment. One of the things we value most is the friendly atmosphere. The coaches are supportive and encouraging, and the children are treated with kindness and respect. Since we have only visited the KidStrong Citrus Park location once, it is difficult to comment on this specific location in detail. However, our first impression was very positive, and everyone was welcoming and helpful. We look forward to getting to know the program and the team

They strive to provide opportunities for growth, teamwork, and to build courage even starting at such young ages. My little is 2 yrs old. We’ve only taken two classes so far, but we are already completely hooked! My child absolutely loves hitting the floor and is so excited for class day. The energy in the room is incredible, and the coaches do an amazing job of making new kids feel welcome and capable right from day one. Can't wait to see how they grow here!
