I would give this daycare zero stars if that were an option. My grandson was injured while in their care and no one from the facility contacted our family to report the incident. When he was picked up, there was a visible gash and knots on his head and forehead area. Staff could not explain how the injury happened and no incident report was provided. When we asked if the cameras could be reviewed to determine what happened, the staff refused. That lack of transparency was extremely concerning. If a child is injured in a childcare setting, families deserve a clear explanation and a willingness to review what occurred. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was quite concerning. A childcare facility should immediately notify families when a child is injured and document what occurred. That basic level of care and communication did not happen here. Families trust daycare centers with the safety of their children. Based on this experience, I strongly encourage parents to carefully consider whether this is the type of environment they want for their child

Where to begin!? Extremely grateful for the teacher(s) & staff at KWIA. It’s evident that the teachers love your kids like their very own. The school is clean and well put together. My son is learning & he loves his teachers so much, they are kind, loving and caring. There’s no doubt that this is where you should send your kids if you’re looking for a school.

Absolutely love this daycare! It has everything you could ask for and more. The owners and teachers are friendly and treat our kids like their own - they are always so happy to be dropped off and wave at me smiling excited to start their day. The amount of activities that they do here is the most I’ve seen at any daycare. You can tell they have a lot of pride in the education they offer their kids regardless of age which is incredible to know as a Mom - from sensory bins to themed weeks and bike / scooter days - they go out of their way to make it a fun and enjoyable experience. One of the best parts is that the food is included as well so it saves time in the morning prepping but also great knowing they are getting a good meal because the menu is fantastic. Five stars all around!
