Kids That Code runs S.T.E.A.M. technology camps in Riverside for students in grades 3 through 8, held at the company's Tech STEAM Center. Over the course of a week campers work through 2D and 3D video game development in Kodu and Scratch, web design in WIX, electronics with Arduino, and game programming in Roblox Studio, so a child is exposed to several platforms rather than one. Camps are capped at about 30 seats, lunch is not provided and campers bring their own, and groups of five or more get a group rate. Instructors are FBI background-checked and DOJ fingerprinted. The company has served the Inland Empire since 2015 and also runs after-school programs, tech clubs and online courses.
