Powered by GoogleThe place has the most caring and amazing ladies. My kids love coming here, and as a parent what more can you ask for than to know your babies are being treated well and are happy.
I love this place. Very professional. They write a report of how your child did throughout the day. Everyone is certified and very clean. The kids actually eat meals and bring home art. Would hands down recommend this place until I die. The owner is amazing!! Kids love this daycare won’t ever go anywhere else.
My daughter has been with this daycare since she was about 4 months old (and is now 2years old) , and I couldn’t pick a better daycare. The ladies there always take the best care and go the extra mile for the children. They always have a clean area and healthy meals are cooked daily. The ladies have always communicated with me if my daughter had napped , ate well, etc. Best daycare hands down , I HIGHLY recommend this daycare.
Love love this daycare! My baby and 6 year old attend here NEVER had a problem. The staff always communicates with me and goes above and beyond for my babies. We have been with the daycare for six months plus and not planning to change.
My sister had my nephew at this daycare. She called me multiple times asking advice on different situations she went through with this daycare. I told her they seem very unprofessional leaving children unattended while she waited to check her child in. There were only two woman there and she told me they were both in the back changing one child's diaper. My sister gave this daycare a bad review based on the quality of service they had provided for her son and poor customer service. They then went ahead and charged my sister and her husband for service then cancelled child care service for my nephew. How do you take payment and then tell them their child care for their son has been terminated, after the fact of already taking money from their account? Instead of you talking to her about her concerns as a parent and doing what you could to maybe change that negative outlook on your facility into a positive one. You went about it in a very unprofessional manner and just changed her account then told her services for her son has been canceled. My sister is new to El Paso with no family out there due to her husband, who is serving in the United States Army being stationed out there. Now she had to take time off from her new job and look after her child while she looks for new childcare and she's also expecting her 2nd child all while being under all this stress due to this inconvenience you have put her through.
