After a negative experience at a much more expensive school down the road, we came to Kiddie Academy, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. The owners are actively involved in every aspect of the school, and that level of commitment speaks volumes. Communication was always excellent—questions were answered promptly, and we always felt connected to what was happening with our child throughout the day. During our nearly year-long experience there, we never encountered any teacher turnover, which is incredibly rare in the childcare industry. Every staff member we interacted with was caring, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping the children succeed. We are so grateful for the positive impact Kiddie Academy had on our family and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional childcare.

The owner, Erin, was often aggressive and displayed poor communication skills, which made interactions uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed that the staff lacked experience and adequate training, leading to insufficient support and structure for children with developmental delays. Moreover, Erin made unqualified statements about my daughter's condition, suggesting that she was autistic without being a medical professional, which was concerning and inappropriate. I also had concerns about privacy and the handling of sensitive information. I hope that sharing this feedback will help Kiddie Academy improve their effectiveness with dealing with families of kids with developmental delays.
