I called to cancel my membership a year and a half ago. I looked at my statements to realize that they have still been charging me every month (yes, I should be more on top of my statements). I called and asked for a refund since I have never gone there since calling to cancel. The lady on the phone was dismissive of the idea and said it was pretty common for people to "donate" money while not going intentionally, as if that is what I was doing. And then said the refund will likely be denied. Frustrating

I love this YMCA great place to meet friends, exercise in any way you want. Great classes! Great equipment, even community support and gatherings. I think their is even community gardening in back gorgeous views. This is like my second home!

A nice, spacious YMCA in a new building with the latest gym equipment. But I prefer the Greenfield YMCA in MA for their staff and their caring approach to their visitors. This place lacks in that department.

The staff are friendly, helpful and keep a watchful eye on the children. There is a fun rockwall, pool, basketball courts, exercise equipment and neat play area for children if you want to have them play while you exercise.

I wouldn’t bring my dog to the YMCA preschool at JD. Terrible providers. Bad administrators. Disorganized classrooms. Then they will blame your 3 year old for their disorderly class rooms. These aren’t educators they are babysitters who make you come pick up your kid if they have a bad day. Your kid won’t learn here. I’ve witnessed teachers losing their cool and screaming at kids. Worst preschool experience ever. Save your money and your kid’s education and avoid this place.
